Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 2 cans condensed tomato soup 10 ounces
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Garlic Powder to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit
  • Cook pasta per package instructions and drain
  • Brown and drain beef, seasoning to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste
  • Add pasta to seasoned beef and pour in tomato soup, water, and half of the shredded cheeses. Stir until beef and pasta are thoroughly coated.
  • Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish and cover with remaining shredded cheese. Top baking dish with foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes covered. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has slightly browned.
