Pesto and Sundried Tomato Chicken BakeĀ

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • Fresh Basil leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
  • In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and basil pesto
  • Lay the chicken breasts flat into a large greased baking dish
  • Evenly spread the cream cheese pesto mixture on top of the chicken
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sun-dried tomatoes
  • Bake uncovered in the center rack of the oven for 30-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  • Garnish with fresh basil.
