Pesto and Sundried Tomato Chicken BakeĀ
***Note - I am not a recipe writer - just a mom who likes to cook. Feel free to add or sub ingredients to your liking.
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Sun Dried Tomatoes
- Fresh Basil leaves to garnish
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and basil pesto
Lay the chicken breasts flat into a large greased baking dish
Evenly spread the cream cheese pesto mixture on top of the chicken
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sun-dried tomatoes
Bake uncovered in the center rack of the oven for 30-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Garnish with fresh basil.
